We discuss the latest policy developments impacting New Jersey manufacturers, including the $500 million Manufacturing Tax Credit Bill passed by the Legislature and the partial restoration of NJMEP’s funding in the new FY26 state budget.
Topics covered include eligibility criteria, tax credit structure, bonus credit opportunities, and the collective efforts of NJBIA, NJMEP, and NJEDA to drive manufacturing investment.
